My body, heart, and mind have been through A-LOT the last few months.
After being in a hospital with my 2 year old for 2 weeks in May while 10 weeks pregnant, then having a miscarriage a week and half later, followed by surgery because my body didn't miscarry on its own. Then discovering that it was actually a partial molar pregnancy and my hormones are a bit out of wack and will have to be checked weekly with blood work for months. And the added craziness of traveling for several weeks alone with a toddler, while trying to heal from emotional and physical trama... Has all taken its toll on my body!
Unfortunately, I have gained weight, I have been battling depression, and I am coming to terms with the fact that we can't even start trying for another baby for several more months, in order to ensure a healthy mom and baby for our next pregnancy.
I am not sharing this to get pity; but it can be hard to relate with others on social media, because people usually just share their BEST!
Don't get me wrong, I LOVE celebrating and seeing things that God is doing in y'all's lives... But sometimes we need to know that we don't struggle alone!
There may be many things my body cannot do right now... I can't seem to let go of the weight, I can't seem to get my hormone levels quite as low as I would like, I can't have a baby right now.
But I am choosing to FOCUS on what my body CAN do! Because I can do HARD things through Christ who strengthens me! (Philippians 4:13)
⭐CALL to ACTION⭐ I know I am not the only one who is ready to create a NEW ME! I believe I am a fitness coach for a reason, because the Lord knows I need the accountability and a place to love and serve others! I host a FAITH & FITNESS challenge the first Monday of every month, and I believe that there is someone reading this right now, who the Lord knows needs the accountability, friendship, support, and change that comes from these groups! If you are interested in more information, write your email in the comments below or send me a message.
Let's FOCUS on the Lord and HIS strength, while getting healthier and encouraging one another!
